Return of Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Please note that Mr Mobile will only accept returns under the circumstances of faulty or incorrect goods. You must notify us within 24 hours of any items incorrectly sent to you, and return such goods within 7 days of delivery. You will always have the choice of an exchange or refund.
All goods come with a 90 day warranty from purchase date. If there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a "like for like" exchange where possible.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be in original packaging, and free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also, incomplete products sent back will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
You need to request a ‘Returns Authorisation (RA) Number’ by filling in the returns form in full and email it to sales@mrmobileuk.com. This must be done prior to returning the products. We will then issue you with a RA number which must be written on the box.
LCD & Digitizer Important notice
Please note if you have an issue with any LCD or Digitizer purchased from us, you must follow the below procedure:
All returns will be tested by our technicians and if they are working, will be returned back to you.
Any returns sent back without a RA number on the box and an accompanying RA form will not be accepted.
The RA number is only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

LCD & Digitizer Important notice
Please note if you have an issue with any LCD or Digitizer purchased from us, you must follow the below procedure:
- You must complete a Returns form and fill out all necessary fields.
- Contact us so we can issue you with a RA No.
- They must be sent back recorded delivery.
- All LCDs & Digitizers must be returned in the blister and box we provide them in (without this we cannot send them back to our supplier, so they will not be accepted).
- All LCDs & Digitizers need to be sent back within the 3 months warranty period (Date is printed on the box and the LCD).
- All LCDs & Digitizers are supplied with a warranty date and holographic sticker which must not be tampered with in any way.
