Are you waste exempt and registered with the government?

We are registered waste exempt under Registration Type S2 - Storage of specific waste at a secure intermediate site, separate to where the waste was produced, before transportation to another site for recovery. - Registration No. WEX272774





Do you offer free delivery?

We offer FREE UK Mainland Delivery* on all online orders over £100 Ex VAT. *Orders will be sent via 2-3 Day tracked service (Next Day delivery available - charges apply based on weight, size and destination).

Do you deliver on weekends?

WEEKEND Deliveries now available - Saturday and Sunday (for orders placed on Friday)

If you order after 2.30pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order has been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow one extra working day.


When do you get deliveries?

We get weekly air deliveries and monthly sea deliveries.

How often do you get new stock in?

We get new stock in on a weekly basis from the Far East and daily deliveries from UK suppliers so we are never out of stock on products for long periods.

Do you offer drop-shipping?

No, however this is a service we may be looking to implement in the future. Although, as we offer next day delivery before noon, your customer can have the product 2 days after ordering from us. But, that is only if you order from us the same day that the order is placed and dispatched the same day you receive the order from us which is almost as good as drop shipping! How do I get your images?

We offer all our images for free, please call us or email to inquire.





What steps do I have to take to order from you?

We offer several different ways to shop. You can order from our Website, Phone, Email and WhatsApp. Any of our sales staff will be happy to help.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is £49 excluding shipping (FREE shipping via website)

How can I pre-order?

You can pre-order any items we don’t have full stock of or if you would like to get a large quantity of a product at a reduced price. Please note a deposit or full payment will be required in advance depending on the size of the pre-order. Just email your requirements to sales@mrmobileuk.com including an image, description, quantity and when you require the product then we will do the rest. When will I get my invoice? Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you should receive your invoice later that day.

Do you do product sourcing?

Yes, due to our many years’ experience we can source virtually any product and we're not talking just mobile related. Whether you’re a new business or an established one just looking to outsource your purchasing so you can concentrate on what you do best. Just get in touch by email to sales@mrmobileuk.com including; an image, description, quantity and when you require the product then we will do what we do best.

How does Paypal Pay in 3 work?

When you select Paypal at the checkout, you will have the option to 'Pay in 3' when you are prompted to verify your purchase. Split your purchases of between £30 and £2,000 into 3 equal interest-free payments without late fees. Pay the first installment straight away, and then two more automatic payments on the same date over the next two months.





Are these wholesale prices?

Yes. We only sell wholesale.

Is VAT included?

No, as we sell internationally, we do not include UK sales tax on any of our basic listing prices. VAT is added at checkout. VAT will be payable depending on your location and delivery.

When will an item be back in stock?

When an item is out of stock, we try our best to keep the system updated for when that item becomes available again. We do have back orders on our website, so when you pay, you will get the first batch of stock that we receive once it is back in stock.





How to return an item/s?

You can download our Returns Form from here. You must contact a member of our sales team for an RA number before you return or they will be refused by our warehouse.





Why can I not see the prices even though I have registered?

Your account will need to be activated by a member of our sales team once we have confirmed you are eligible. To help our sales staff do this, please add any relevant company details when you are registering for an online account.
