1. Introduction
Mr Mobile (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” “us”) is a leading distributor of consumer electronics worldwide trading as Advanced Accessories Ltd. With an experienced dedicated team and a Head Office located at, Jabra House, 5 Owen Street, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK3 0BG, UK.
2. Policy and Statement
2.2 Modern slavery and human trafficking are severe global issues affecting all sectors and industries. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly to combat modern slavery. We do not support or engage with any business known to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.
2.3 In alignment with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments, our goal is to build a strong network of supply partners that reflects our corporate values, maintains high-quality standards, and meets our customers' expectations. Our standard supplier contracts include provisions requiring compliance with all applicable laws and ethical practices.
2.4 For areas identified as higher risk, we implement additional checks and regularly review and monitor the levels of control. We do not continue business relationships with suppliers who knowingly fail to comply with our basic requested standards.
2.5 Our employees are expected to act ethically, uphold our values—including honesty and respect—and comply with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures. Any breach of these standards will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including dismissal.
2.6 We conduct pre-employment checks to ensure that employees meet necessary criteria, and we provide training upon joining the company and at regular intervals. Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or violations to their line manager, Human Resources, or any member of the senior management team. Reports made in good faith will be protected from retaliation.
We are dedicated to continually reviewing and improving our processes and supplier relationships. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Modern Slavery transparency statement for the current financial year. It has been approved by the Board of Directors of Mr Mobile and will be reviewed and published annually.
By adhering to this commitment, Mr Mobile aims to contribute to a transparent, ethical, and responsible business environment that supports the global fight against modern slavery and human trafficking.
